For each person, Sara does a comprehensive interview to discuss history, life-constraints and goals. If your goals aren’t defined, don’t worry, she can help set a few! After gaining an understanding of where you are, Sara custom-builds a road-map to where you want to go. She’ll custom-build your workouts, and she’ll interpret your feedback and data to continually refine your road-map.
