Sports Nutrition

There’s a ton of information out there about how to manage your diet with your training or fitness regimen. Unfortunately, most of it is either incorrect or misinterpreted.

Sara will help you wade through all of the information and work with you to establish simple practices to enhance your workout routine.  Using a science-based understanding of energy utilization during exercise, Sara will help you understand what it is that you need to do in order to function optimally in your workouts.  There is no magic bullet, but there are ways to help you better your nutrition to support your performance.
